Service area & travel
Travel within a 25-mile radius of downtown Columbus (ZIP 43215) is included in every package. Beyond that radius, travel is $1 per additional mile. Multi-day or special out-of-area events are considered on request.
Deposit & cancellation
A 50% deposit secures your date; bookings aren't guaranteed until it's received. Full refund or free reschedule 72+ hours out, credit-only inside 24–48 hours, no refund inside 24 hours. Full terms: Deposit & Cancellation Policy.
